Return Policy and Delivery Times

Shipping time
Your orders are usually shipped the day of the order and at the latest after 2 working days.

Delivery delay
Once the package is supported by the postal service, delivery times are those announced by the Post (letter followed or Colissimo followed). Parcel shipping from France.

Returns and Refund
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. You can read the details on the "return and delivery" page.

  • Delivery delay
Once the parcel is taken care of by the postal service, the delivery times are usually those announced by the Post Office:

To metropolitan France 48h (2 working days)
To Overseas 5 to 7 days
International 4 to 8 days

  • Refunds
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it.
We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days. In the event of a package being returned due to an incomplete address or lack of contact information (telephone), the order will be refunded upon receipt, delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Trades
We only replace an item if it is damaged.
If in this case you wish to exchange it for a similar item, send us an e-mail to contact@mineraly.pro and we will send you the return address.

  • Return

To return a product and to know the address of return, you must send us an e-mail to contact@mineraly.pro
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

We advise you to use a service that allows you to track the shipment or to subscribe to a delivery insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
